Don't you hate ridiculous team building exercises? I remember once when we all had to do the very team building exercise above, except we also had to state what our responsibilities were within our role. When it was the General Manager's turn he just said, 'My name is M and my job is to make sure everyone else is doing their job!'. The Director was unimpressed! We really needed a Rozz though, once a disgruntled boyfriend of a ex-employee wandered in and punched the General Manager in the face!
